As a Receptionist at America's Best, you will play a vital role as the first point of contact for customers, representing the store’s friendly, professional, and customer-focused culture. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Receptionist is crucial to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by greeting customers warmly, managing patient records, and coordinating appointment schedules effectively. By maintaining an organized workflow, Receptionists help keep the entire store's operations running seamlessly, which ultimately enhances the customer experience.
This full-time position offers the rare benefit of Sundays off, as the stores are closed on that day. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers when they arrive, managing incoming phone inquiries, understanding insurance plans, and assisting customers with basic information. You will also support store operations by maintaining records, filing patient information, and keeping the reception area orderly. Additionally, the position involves managing mail, inventory of office supplies, and participating in team communication meetings. The Receptionist works closely with other store team members to ensure customers have a positive and efficient experience.
