Bartenders are also responsible for maintaining an organized workspace, managing bar supplies, ensuring compliance with state and company beverage service regulations, monitoring guest safety, and participating in opening, running, and closing duties of the department. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday
• Be able to work a varied schedule to include days, nights, holidays and weekends
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to perform functions requiring bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing and occasional stocking up to 50 lbs
• Manual dexterity to use and operate necessary equipment
• Ability to understand, follow and maintain safety standards
