We are currently seeking full-time Baristas to join our dynamic team. The Barista role is instrumental in delivering memorable experiences by preparing specialty drinks, assisting with light food preparation, and efficiently managing customer orders and payments. The Barista will be responsible for operating registers and point-of-sale systems accurately, handling cash and credit transactions following Aramark's stringent cash handling policies, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation to meet health and safety standards. Key tasks include greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and anticipatory approach, preparing and serving a variety of coffees, teas, and specialty beverages according to brand standards, as well as preparing and serving food items consistent with location requirements. The role also involves stocking beverage coolers, service ware, condiments, and grab-and-go items to ensure availability and swift service. This position demands a detail-oriented individual with basic math and counting skills, the capability to work independently with minimal supervision, and excellent communication skills in English to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing, as well as adherence to personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniform requirements. Candidates must complete Food Handling Certification as required to ensure compliance with health regulations. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
