The role available at BHC is centered on leading the beverage program with an expert balance of refined knowledge and hands-on leadership. This position aims to elevate the performance of the staff and enhance the guest experience, ensuring a world-class cocktail and beverage service. The successful candidate will manage training, service, and operations, working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage to maintain a cohesive and innovative beverage offering that meets the highest standards of luxury hospitality. The role also requires maintaining financial stewardship, optimizing guest satisfaction, and representing the BHC brand with professionalism and distinction.
This leadership position involves crafting an elevated beverage menu featuring fine wines, beers, and spirits, emphasizing creativity and quality. The beverage manager must uphold impeccable service rituals and ensure flawless execution of bar operations, including controlling beverage costs within budgetary parameters. Active leadership and mentoring of bar and service staff are critical responsibilities, as is fostering a culture of excellence, attentiveness, and personalized service.
The role demands expertise in training programs focused on hospitality standards and cocktail knowledge, ensuring that the team adheres to best practices recognized at the national level. The manager will supervise the day-to-day bar and beverage functions, coordinate with floor managers to ensure exemplary guest engagement, maintain operational ambiance, oversee safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate broadly across the property to support seamless operations.

 - Over three years of beverage service experience as a sommelier, wine steward, or wine manager
 - Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience
