Within this dynamic organization, the Starbucks department at Troy Hospital is seeking a part-time Beverage Production Specialist who will be responsible for producing a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes. This role demands accuracy in mixing complex combinations of ingredients according to standardized recipes to deliver high-quality finished products. Operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, the ideal candidate will expertly handle specialized kitchen equipment and demonstrate effective multitasking including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation duties. This position offers flexible evening shifts with variable days worked, including every other weekend, from 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. The role is vital to creating exceptional customer experiences by ensuring accurate fulfillment of highly specific beverage requests and the ability to perform effective service recovery when necessary.
