The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fine dining and luxury hotel environments, demonstrating strong leadership skills, creativity in menu development, and the ability to manage multiple high-profile events simultaneously. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years as a banquet chef in a luxury hotel environment
• Five or more years in a culinary leadership role
• Experience in fine dining
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple parties simultaneously
