This role requires hands-on leadership to maintain sanitation and organizational procedures, operate and sanitize kitchen equipment safely, and oversee food storage and temperature controls for food safety compliance. The Steward Supervisor plays a key part in opening, closing, and side work duties, ensuring workstations and equipment remain clean, organized, sanitized, and fully stocked. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of six months to one year of experience in back-of-house food service, preferably with culinary program participation or enrollment. Knowledge of knife handling and a commitment to safety, sanitation, and hospitality excellence are critical. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, operate kitchen equipment safely, and manage the dynamic workload of a fast-paced stadium environment. • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year previous experience in back-of-the-house food-service position preferred
• High school education desired
• Participation or enrollment in culinary program preferred
