The Baker role at Fresquez Companies is an essential position responsible for producing high-quality breads, pastries, and baked goods that meet both company and customer standards. Bakers work under general supervision, using precise ingredient measurements and understanding the effects of heat on baking to flawlessly execute recipes. - Minimum of two years of related experience
- knowledge and understanding of relevant food safety and sanitation laws, principles, procedures, and practices
- satisfactory completion of a pre-employment drug screening
- satisfactory completion of a criminal background check
- satisfactory completion of a background check in accordance with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA)
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- ability to lift up to 50lbs
