The Membership Team Member at the YMCA plays a critical role in maintaining a supportive, positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects every individual who walks through the doors. As a Membership Team Member, you will be responsible for essential operational functions such as membership enrollment, assisting members with inquiries, handling billing or membership concerns, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area.
This position requires a genuine passion for nurturing community connections and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people across various social and economic backgrounds. Candidates will be trained in essential safety protocols including CPR/AED, First Aid, Oxygen administration, and Blood Borne Pathogen handling, all required within 60 days of employment.
