We are currently seeking a dedicated Baker to join our team at our Brookline, Massachusetts location. The Baker plays a crucial role in maintaining the core excellence behind our brand—fresh, high-quality bagels that our customers love. Bakers are among the earliest arrivals in the bakery, starting as early as 3 AM to prepare the dough, kettle cook the bagels, and ensure that both the bagel wall and pastry case are fully stocked with fresh products for the day. The position is fast-paced and requires multitasking and teamwork, as Bakers also assist with customer service tasks such as taking orders and making sandwiches. Attention to cleanliness and safety within the store is also a major priority. This role offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $14.57 to $21.86, with added opportunities for cash and credit card tips, dependent on state regulations.
