We are currently seeking a Weekend Receptionist to join our team at Touchstone. This role is a part-time position with shifts scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The Weekend Receptionist will serve as the vital first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and warmth. This position plays a key role in representing the welcoming spirit of Touchstone and upholding our reputation for exceptional service. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The Weekend Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations including greeting guests, managing phone inquiries, coordinating appointments, and providing general administrative support. This individual will contribute directly to the smooth operation of our healthcare facility by managing reception areas efficiently and helping facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare professionals. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
• Ability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
