The Baker will have the essential role of following established recipes meticulously to maintain the consistent quality our customers expect. Responsibilities also include opening the bakery, maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment, managing inventory, and assisting other departments to ensure smooth operations. This position requires someone who is physically capable of handling the demands of a busy kitchen, including lifting up to 50 lbs, multitasking, and working efficiently under pressure. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a bakery or related environment and demonstrate a passion for baking and creativity in producing delicious Bundtcakes. You should have a strong sense of pride in your work, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate problems before they arise.
