The position available is a Food Preparation Cook role within one of Azul Hospitality's prestigious hotel outlets. This position is integral to the culinary team, responsible for preparing food items using standardized recipes while maintaining strict adherence to sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards. Working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment, the Food Preparation Cook ensures all dishes are consistently prepared to the hotel's quality standards for various hotel outlets and functions. In this role, candidates will engage in measuring and mixing ingredients accurately, operating large-volume cooking equipment such as grills and fryers, and maintaining a clean and organized food preparation station.
