The role offered is a Bartender position within the Operations department, reporting directly to the General Manager at one of the theater locations. This position plays a critical role in enhancing the guest experience by providing excellent beverage service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Bartenders at Cinepolis are expected to greet guests warmly, efficiently take and serve food and beverage orders, and maintain an inviting bar atmosphere. The pay scale for this position ranges from $15.50 to $19.50 per hour, which reflects the importance of skilled customer service in this role and the premium nature of the theaters operated by Cinepolis. As a Bartender, you will be entrusted with managing inventory, ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws, and delivering high standards of cleanliness and safety at all times. • Must be 18 years or older
• 1+ years of bartending experience with a full bar
• ServSafe and Alcohol training certifications are required
• Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System and perform basic math
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management
• Organized and able to prioritize in a fast paced and constantly changing environment while maintaining a smile and positive attitude
• Great communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations and issues positively
• Flexible working hours including nights, holidays, and weekends
