The role available at Courtyard by Marriott Melbourne West is a full-time management position within the Rooms and Guest Services Operations department. This role is critical to supporting and leading hotel operations across various functions, including the Front Office, Business Center, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage/Culinary, and Engineering/Maintenance. The management position focuses on maximizing both employee and guest satisfaction while ensuring financial goals and operational standards are met. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing teams, driving guest service excellence, and implementing property-specific strategies to enhance overall performance. This position offers an hourly pay range of $25.02 to $27.40 and is bonus eligible, providing an opportunity for additional financial rewards based on performance.
