This commitment is vividly expressed in the school's comprehensive approach to education and community engagement, providing students not only with academic excellence but also a solid moral foundation to succeed in a global society. Pace Academy is currently seeking a full-time, year-round Auxiliary Programs Coordinator, a key role designed to support the operational and programmatic aspects of the school's Auxiliary Programs. They will be responsible for managing sales transactions, maintaining inventory, and creating a welcoming store environment, alongside assisting with student programs and related logistics, such as carpool management and vendor liaison during summer programs. Beyond the tangible operational responsibilities, this role also involves supporting marketing efforts that promote both the Campus Store and the after-school and summer programs through social media and internal communications. Additionally, the Auxiliary Programs Coordinator assists with managing group email communications, primarily focusing on those related to the Campus Store, ensuring effective information flow within the school community. The Coordinator will work in partnership with the Director of Auxiliary Programs on strategic projects, contributing meaningfully to the continuous development of the Auxiliary Programs. The position demands proficiency in Google Suite applications like Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs, or alternatively Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as a willingness to learn the school-specific databases used for registration and sales. Experience with point-of-sale systems is preferred to efficiently handle the sales and inventory responsibilities. The Coordinator must also possess the flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for school events, along with the physical ability to lift and carry boxes and supplies up to 30 pounds. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a detail-minded individual who is passionate about school communities and auxiliary operations to contribute to a respected institution that values diversity, inclusion, and service. Pace Academy offers a supportive and collaborative work environment coupled with a comprehensive benefits package that enhances the overall employee experience. The school’s commitment to racial equity and inclusion is an integral part of its mission, and staff members are encouraged to engage proactively in these ongoing initiatives to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all members of the community.
