The Office Services Specialist (On Call) role at SPS is a critical position designed to provide flexible and reliable office support across various client sites. This role functions as a "floating" specialist who covers for regular employees during absences or when projects necessitate additional support. The position requires a dynamic individual capable of delivering exceptional customer service and office assistance in multiple domains, including mailroom operations, reception duties, hospitality services, facilities support, and management of print or copy equipment.
Based out of a designated client home office, the Office Services Specialist (On Call) must be prepared for short notice dispatch to different locations, demanding significant adaptability and agility. The position highlights the importance of maintaining a professional image of SPS by offering courteous, efficient, and prompt assistance to both clients and SPS employees. The specialist is a pivotal point of contact, ensuring smooth administrative and mail operations along with providing frontline reception or concierge coverage when necessary.
With responsibilities ranging from handling inbound and outbound mail and package transactions to assisting with office moves, print orders, and facility-related requests, the specialist plays a vital role in the daily functions of client office environments.
