The Attractions Attendant position at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a critical role focused on ensuring the safe operation and enjoyable experience of the company’s attractions. This role is essential in maintaining the organization’s high standards of safety, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Attractions Attendants are responsible for managing rides and entertainment attractions, overseeing guests to ensure compliance with rules and safety restrictions, and promptly addressing any safety or operational issues. The position requires close adherence to company policies, state and federal safety regulations, and thorough operational procedures. Attractions Attendants must be certified through on-the-job training before operating rides and attractions to ensure comprehensive understanding and ability to maintain safety protocols. They play a pivotal role in explaining attraction rules such as age, height restrictions, and proper use of equipment, creating a secure and welcoming environment for all guests. Additionally, Attractions Attendants monitor attractions continuously during operation, assist guests in safely entering and exiting rides, and maintain proper issuance of necessary safety equipment. The role demands vigilance and quick response in emergency situations, requiring attendants to inspect attractions regularly and report any mechanical or electronic malfunctions immediately to management. Beyond these technical and operational responsibilities, the role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as Attendants are frontline representatives of Lucky Strike Entertainment. The working conditions for this job involve standing, walking, and moving in potentially confined spaces, often for prolonged periods. Attendants must be able to adapt to various weather conditions if working outdoors and handle physical tasks such as bending, squatting, gripping small objects, and pushing or pulling heavy items. A flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holiday shifts is required to meet the needs of the business. • Must be 16 years of age or older and have reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in guest service or attraction operations is a plus
• Experience in the guest service industry with demonstrated ability to ensure customer satisfaction and handle guest concerns is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to calculate and count, read, and comprehend
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with effective follow-through
• Demonstrated ability to see, hear, talk clearly, and write legibly
• Bilingual is a plus
