The Assistant Residence Director role at Seven Hills Community Services offers a vital position within the residential program. Reporting directly to the Residence Director, the Assistant Residence Director helps manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned residential setting, ensuring the provision of high-quality care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities. This full-time position comes with a competitive pay rate starting at $23.50 per hour, with an increase to $24.50 per hour for employees who achieve the MAP certification. - High school graduate or General Educational Development (GED) with relevant experience
- College experience or enrollment preferred
- Commitment to assisting people with developmental disabilities to participate fully in the life of their community
- Prior direct care experience preferred

- Valid driver’s license and good driving record

- CPR/First Aid certification required
