The role of a Valet at ABM is designed for individuals who are courteous, professional, and compassionate in providing excellent guest services. In this role, the Valet coordinates traffic flow, communicates procedures and directions clearly to guests, and handles inquiries from both customers and team members. Responsibilities also include monitoring illegal parking, assisting guests with loading and unloading, securing guest keys, managing tip pools, processing payments, and daily revenue reconciliation. Operating both standard and automatic transmission vehicles safely and following all traffic laws and facility policies is essential. The job requires working outdoors in various climates, maintaining a clean work area, and projecting currency needs for operations.
