The assembly process requires proficiency with a range of basic hand tools including heat guns, hand crimpers, power screwdrivers, solder pots, rulers, pinning machines, and automatic wire strippers. The role demands excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to accurately identify wires using color codes as well as the physical ability to stand, sit, reach, bend, and lift weights up to 50 pounds independently, and handle heavier loads using mechanical assistance. Certification in soldering significantly enhances pay and career progression within the company, with an initial wage of $15 per hour increasing to $17 per hour post-certification. The position is designed to foster a comprehensive understanding of cable assembly production, from the use of precise measuring tools to maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workspace. • High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of related experience preferred
• Ability to measure accurately using a ruler or tape measure
• Previous soldering experience
• Ability to maintain good vision and eye-hand coordination
