In this role, the Restaurant Manager oversees staffing duties including the recruitment, hiring, and retention of quality employees, ensuring that the team is fully staffed with well-trained personnel certified according to the current training processes at all times. The manager cultivates a service-oriented culture that promotes fun, teamwork, and motivation among staff members. Performance evaluations, recommendations for salary increases, and disciplinary actions including suspensions or terminations fall under the manager’s responsibilities.
