The role in focus is a Beverage Server position within Live Nation’s live music environment, responsible for creating memorable guest experiences by anticipating and responding to needs promptly and professionally. This role requires the ability to suggestively sell beverages and menu items, handle orders accurately through the point of sales system, and deliver drinks efficiently while managing large crowds. A Beverage Server maintains cleanliness and orderliness by removing dirty glasses and dishes, cleaning spills, and adhering to strict safety and sanitation guidelines unique to the House of Blues venue. This position demands vigilance in responsible alcohol service, including checking identifications, refusing service to intoxicated guests, and complying with all local regulations. Collaboration is key, as this role supports other servers and team members to ensure seamless service. Candidates must be able to work late hours with a flexible schedule and have prior experience working directly with guests in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
