This role supports food and beverage servers by efficiently running food and beverage orders, assisting with beverage refills, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The position requires a service-oriented individual who can ensure that guests receive prompt, personalized attention while helping to maintain the high standards of the club's dining and event services. Responsibilities include preparing and serving food and beverage items, assisting the expo team during busy periods, handling inventory control, completing side work, and supporting special events including kids activities when needed. The role demands flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as a commitment to safety and quality service. Candidates for this position should have a basic level of food and beverage knowledge, a willingness to work as part of a team, and the physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods. Preferred certifications include Food Handlers and TABC, which support compliance with health and alcohol service regulations. - Less than high school education or GED
- One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to stand and walk frequently
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to communicate in English
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Food Handlers and TABC certification preferred
