The Cocktail Server is responsible for taking food and beverage orders, delivering these orders efficiently, and ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and regular check-backs. This role requires coordination with kitchen staff to maintain the quality and timeliness of food delivery while adhering strictly to company policies regarding customer service, adult beverage service, and cash handling. In this position, the Cocktail Server maintains the cleanliness and organization of their service station, providing a welcoming environment for guests. They are tasked with pre-bussing tables, monitoring beverage levels, and promptly addressing any additional customer needs to enhance the dining experience. The Cocktail Server must also present checks for payment, handle cash transactions accurately, and follow all procedures that uphold the safety and satisfaction of patrons. This role demands a high level of interaction with the public, requiring staff to be friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing, contributing to a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat business. Successful candidates for this role will have at least six months of experience in a related serving position, preferably within a high-volume or fast casual dining environment.
