The role of Safety Manager at Luster is a critical leadership position focused on providing expert oversight and guidance on all safety matters on-site. This position involves the management and implementation of safety programs, leadership of field audits, incident response support, and active communication with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to uphold and exceed safety standards. As a Safety Manager, you will be responsible for embedding a culture of safety across project teams, ensuring every individual understands and adheres to regulatory and project-specific safety protocols. - Demonstrated ability to coordinate safety responsibilities in environments where multiple contractors, agencies, and clients are present
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365
