Currently, AlmaVia of San Rafael is seeking a Concierge/Receptionist to join their passionate and dedicated team. This important role serves as the welcoming face of the community, assisting with a variety of customer service and administrative responsibilities. The Concierge acts as a liaison between residents, their families, team members, and visitors, ensuring an inviting and efficient front desk experience. Responsibilities include greeting residents, scheduling appointments, managing phone communications, handling deliveries, and performing general administrative tasks. The role demands a professional who excels in communication and multitasking while maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor.
This hourly position offers a competitive wage ranging from $23.79 to $25.69, depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and training.                 - A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience
 - At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred
 - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader
 - Current first aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines
 - Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
 - Completion of background check and drug screening
 - Pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines
