The work schedule includes shifts from Tuesday through Saturday, from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am or until the end of the shift, offering a competitive hourly pay range of $20.92 to $23.14. As a Fleet Traffic Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in the smooth operation and safety of the company’s fleet. You will maintain fleet maintenance records, process invoices, and conduct follow-ups with facility personnel to ensure maintenance issues are promptly addressed. The position also requires managing incoming telephone communications, file and data entry, and maintaining fleet costing sheets and comprehensive documentation. Your contributions will directly support regulatory compliance and facility safety initiatives. This role calls for a person with excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. You will interface with multiple vendors and corporate employees, providing vital feedback on invoices, maintenance records, and compliance issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential, alongside strong data entry skills, including familiarity with 10-key operations.
