We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of service and quality. This role is critical in maintaining the operational excellence of our establishment, where managing food and beverage services with precision, enforcing policies, and upholding health and safety regulations are key responsibilities. The position demands strong organizational skills, an ability to work under pressure, and the capability to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will possess ServSafe Food Certification, and where applicable, ServSafe Alcohol Certification, demonstrating their expertise in food safety and responsible alcohol service.
The Food and Beverage Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service by proactively identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns. This individual will also facilitate two-way communication within the team, fostering a culture of ownership, motivation, and teamwork. Reporting directly to upper management, the manager will be responsible for sales results, productivity, and maintaining compliance with all relevant health and safety standards. Physical stamina and the ability to work long shifts are essential, as well as flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet business demands.
