The Assistant Kitchen Manager role at PopStroke is vital to maintaining the high standards of food quality and operational excellence expected across all venues. Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager, this position requires a dynamic leader capable of supporting kitchen operations and managing staff, especially in the absence of the Kitchen Manager. The Assistant Kitchen Manager oversees day-to-day culinary operations while ensuring compliance with all safety, sanitation, and quality guidelines. This role involves hands-on involvement in food preparation, quality control, and team coordination, ensuring that all kitchen functions run smoothly to provide guests with exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in varied kitchen roles, strong leadership skills, and a passion for motivating and mentoring teams within a fast-paced hospitality environment. - High school diploma or equivalent
