As a SONIC Drive-In General Manager, you play a pivotal role in leading the restaurant team to deliver top-tier service and maintain operational excellence. This leadership position is centered on managing, training, and supporting the crew and other team members including Carhops and Skating Carhops. You are responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations such as scheduling, inventory management, compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving sales through effective marketing strategies. This position involves a dynamic work schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and irregular hours, reflecting the nature of the food service industry.

 - minimum of two years of restaurant management experience
 - experience running shifts without supervision
 - required to work minimum 5 day workweek with 4 closing shifts or 4 day workweek guaranteed including irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
