The role of Machine Repair Technician Level 3 at Oshkosh AeroTech is a senior technical position critical to maintaining and optimizing complex baggage handling systems and associated electrical and mechanical components. This position offers a competitive wage ranging from $35.00 to $38.00 per hour, emphasizing the importance of the technician’s expertise in aircraft ground support environments. The technician will be responsible for leading troubleshooting and repair tasks on baggage handling systems and passenger boarding bridges (PBBs), ensuring these critical systems remain operational with minimal downtime. This position requires a proactive approach to maintenance, involving scheduled preventive, predictive, and corrective measures. The technician will also provide leadership to team members, manage maintenance documentation with the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and analyze system data to resolve problems efficiently.
