The Airport Services Administrator role is central to maintaining the highest standards of airport facility maintenance and customer service. This role involves the daily oversight and management of multiple service contracts including janitorial, window cleaning, snow removal, pest control, and waste management for the airport facilities. The Airport Services Administrator is responsible for ensuring contract compliance, coordinating with contractors and airport stakeholders, and leading efforts to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, airline partners, TSA personnel, and passengers. The role requires strong operational knowledge of facility and janitorial service scopes, financial oversight for budgeting and invoicing, and the ability to manage performance metrics to optimize service delivery.
