As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of agents, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service across various airport functions including arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and the handling of passenger inquiries and complaints. The Team Lead position is full-time, with a starting schedule of 30 hours per week and involves working in a fast-paced airport environment under varying conditions, including outdoor weather and rotating shifts. • High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements
• Must be able to constantly lift up to 70lbs and more, push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, reach out, and grasp
• Must be able to frequently climb and crawl
• Must be able to work rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends, holidays, overtime
• Must be willing and able to work in outside weather conditions including severe seasonal elements
