Delaware North's Patina Group is currently seeking dedicated full-time Banquet Servers to join the team at Patina 250. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and take pride in delivering outstanding guest service. As a Banquet Server, you will be integral to creating memorable experiences by efficiently serving food and beverages during banquet events while maintaining high standards of hospitality. This position is a tipped role, with hourly pay ranging from $11.00 to $15.00, exclusive of potential tips. Your responsibilities will include setting up banquet tables according to event orders, timely serving of meals and drinks, replenishing buffet lines, anticipating guest needs, and promptly resolving any guest concerns. Strict adherence to alcoholic beverage policies and proper event breakdown procedures are also essential to maintaining the quality and safety standards upheld by Delaware North. The role requires physical stamina as it involves standing or walking for the entire shift, lifting up to 35 pounds, and working in various indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Shifts may vary and include days, evenings, holidays, weekends, and special event assignments, with options for eight, ten, or twelve-hour shifts, and overtime as needed.
