As a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the movement of goods both domestically and internationally. This role requires a keen eye for detail and organizational skills to ensure shipments are processed accurately and promptly. You will be responsible for sending shipments, preparing all relevant documentation, and inspecting incoming goods to verify their condition. Your vigilance will help maintain inventory accuracy and support customer satisfaction by ensuring timely deliveries. Additionally, you will coordinate shipments across international borders, resolve discrepancies that arise during the shipping process, and provide essential training to new colleagues on shipping procedures. This position offers a competitive hourly rate, negotiable based on experience, and includes an alternative schedule with shifts from Sunday to Thursday, starting between 9:30 PM and 6:00 AM. The employment type is full-time with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision coverage, FSAs, company-paid life insurance, vacation time, sick leave accrual, paid holidays, and a 401(k) profit-sharing plan.
