As a Concierge Coordinator at Airport Butler, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the ground transportation aspects of the client experience, primarily focusing on coordinating limousine services. This position is integral to maintaining the seamless end-to-end airport experience for clients, meeting high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality. Responsibilities encompass the management of chauffeur schedules, ensuring drivers are punctual, appropriately attired, and positioned correctly to greet clients, and escorting clients through the airport. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with the Director of Airport Butler and coordination with the Guest Experience Center, providing clients assistance from arrival to departure and during connections. The Concierge Coordinator must be acutely knowledgeable about airport layouts and amenities to assist clients effectively with navigation, check-in, luggage handling, and pre-boarding arrangements. This role demands a service-oriented and enthusiastic individual capable of working flexibly across weekends, holidays, and varying shift hours to match service demand. The position offers approximately 25-30 hours per week with schedules primarily between 12:00 PM and 3:30 PM, and the salary range is $21.00 to $23.50 per hour. • high school diploma or equivalent
• two years experience in delivering luxury/vip type services to high-end customers and/or airport/airline hospitality service experience
• must possess current authorization to work in the us and a valid driver's license
• must own smartphone with a mobile operating system of android 5+ or apple 11+ and be willing to download apps required by agi/airport butler for operational and data privacy purposes - partial reimbursement of service plan will be paid monthly
• excellent written and communication skills
• must wear company uniform as outlined and conform to all grooming standards
• must be flexible in work schedule to match the demand for services to include nights weekends and holidays
• must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift up to 70 lbs
• ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• high proficiency of computer and smartphone skills including smartphone applications
• ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and procedural manuals
• must after training be able to efficiently use airport butler's automated reservation system scheduling application and communication technology
