The Guest Service Associate position at Towne Park is a part-time role that offers both AM and PM shifts.  - Valid driver’s license for the state of employment or commutable distance
 - One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
 - Knowledge of customer and personal service principles
 - Ability to read and write English
 - Ability to comprehend instructions and correspondence
 - Ability to present information effectively
 - Basic arithmetic skills with American money
 - Understanding of 24 hour and military time
 - Understanding of applicable parking rates
 - Ability to operate manual transmission (highly desirable)
 - Ability to perform parallel parking
