We are currently seeking a Senior Management Team Member to join our leadership team as the General Manager (GM) of our restaurant. This key role places you at the helm of the daily operations, responsible for overseeing all facets of the restaurant's performance, from customer satisfaction to team management and operational efficiency. The GM serves as the ultimate point of accountability, ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly and upholds our standards of quality and service. While many operational tasks can be delegated to capable team members, the GM maintains final responsibility for results and overall outcomes.
