Crew Members play a critical role in delivering high-quality menu items prepared to Little Caesars' standards. Your responsibilities will include preparing and assembling menu items, operating commercial kitchen equipment, managing stock with proper rotation, handling customer orders accurately both in-store and online, and performing routine cleaning and sanitization tasks. Attire standards and personal hygiene are maintained to uphold the company’s professional image. You must be ready to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays (excluding Easter, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day) and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment that includes exposure to high temperatures from ovens and summer heat.
