This particular opportunity is within the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, specifically at the Hickam Air Force Base in Hawaii, focusing on the F-22 Aircraft Program. The role of Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in overseeing the maintenance, repair, and modification of the F-22 fighter aircraft. The Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor works directly alongside the Senior Site Representative to manage production, ensure work quality, and enforce safety protocols during the assigned work shift.
The supervisor is responsible for managing a diverse team, consisting of both Lockheed Martin staff and contract employees, across Low Observable Production and Heavy Modification teams. Essential duties include overseeing hiring and onboarding processes, allocating training and medical readiness tasks, ensuring proper completion of timekeeping and personnel certifications, and collaborating with production and engineering teams to adhere to delivery schedules. The role demands a vigilant approach to safety management and continuous process improvement initiatives, contributing to digital, ergonomic, and safety transformations within the facility.

The position requires an interim secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a final secret clearance, and candidates must be U.S. citizens due to the sensitive nature and special access requirements of the workplace. The salary range for this position in Hawaii is competitive, starting at $77,700 and going up to $136,965 annually, with variations depending on the candidate's final work location.
