The 2nd Shift Concierge role at Resort Lifestyle Communities is a dynamic and multifaceted position pivotal to maintaining the exceptional standard of hospitality the company is known for. This role is designed for someone passionate about providing exemplary customer service and fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere for residents, guests, and team members. Working from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm Thursday through Monday, the Concierge acts as a central figure within the community, managing various responsibilities ranging from administrative tasks, event assistance, dining room support during peak meal times, to safety monitoring including building life safety systems and emergency protocols.
As a Concierge, you will be the friendly face greeting visitors and residents, offering assistance with a genuine heart and a calm demeanor. This position requires a proactive individual who can anticipate the needs of residents and guests, handle emergency situations effectively by coordinating with emergency responders when necessary, and provide seamless valet parking services. The role demands excellent multitasking skills while projecting a professional and resort-like image both in person and over the phone. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs like Outlook, Word, and Excel is essential to support various administrative responsibilities.

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 25 pounds
