This position entails providing high-quality assistance and support to cruise guests arriving at baggage claim, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be well-groomed, friendly, and outgoing, with a passion for working in a diverse, fast-paced, and fun environment. Candidates must be willing and able to work during weekends and holidays, including both Saturday and Sunday. Additionally, the role requires physical stamina, as employees will be on their feet—standing or walking for extended hours. Fluency in English is mandatory, and candidates must be at least 18 years old. As a frontline ambassador for our company, the hired personnel will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, verifying their transfer details according to manifest sheets, properly labeling luggage with guest information and cruise details, and guiding them to designated waiting areas for ground transportation or bus boarding zones. The role also involves conducting final headcounts of guests, documenting any concerns such as early flights, missing luggage or items, and medical conditions. When issues such as missing luggage arise, the individual will provide direction to the appropriate airline representatives or counters, thereby ensuring guests receive prompt resolutions.
