We are currently seeking a dynamic and charismatic individual to join our Food and Beverage division as a Seasonal Yurt Support/Busser at our Yurt Restaurant, located high on the mountain with breathtaking views. This part-time, seasonal, hourly position reports to the Senior Manager of Village Dining and plays a critical role in delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests. The Yurt Support/Busser position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about providing excellent customer service. The role requires a blend of physical stamina and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in winter weather, assisting guests with snowshoeing hikes up to the Yurt, and supporting the restaurant team by ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities include bussing tables, aiding servers and kitchen staff, making cocktails and pouring wines, performing tableside wine service, and managing various closing duties to prepare the restaurant for the next day. This unique role involves interaction with guests throughout their dining experience, where excellent communication and coordination skills are essential to anticipate guest needs and provide prompt, friendly service that elevates their visit. The ideal candidate will be an upbeat, professional individual who is able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal communication skills are crucial, as is the ability to manage time effectively and stay organized under pressure. This role also requires the ability to obtain and maintain relevant state certifications such as Food Handler's Certificate and Sips and Tips to comply with safety and service standards.
