The primary purpose of the position is to ensure all pots, pans, china, glassware, silverware, and flatware used throughout the hotel's dining services are meticulously cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored. In detail, the Dishwashing Attendant is responsible for maintaining the kitchens’ cleanliness by regularly cleansing and sanitizing not only dishware and cooking utensils but also food preparation surfaces and equipment such as ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, steam kettles, slicers, tables, and floors.
