This particular opportunity is for a Workplace Experience Coordinator position within CBRE's Host service line. Host is a specialized service division focused on elevating the workplace experience through people-led, technology-enabled services. The primary mission of Host is to enhance individual well-being, personal productivity, and organizational effectiveness by connecting employees to their physical environments using technology, amenities, and community engagement tailored to their needs. The Workplace Experience Coordinator acts as the frontline ambassador for a designated building, ensuring every employee and guest receives exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing event logistics, coordinating workplace services, and maintaining building security protocols. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive customer service mindset. The Coordinator will be expected to handle diverse duties such as issuing visitor and parking passes, answering and directing telephone calls professionally, coordinating janitorial or maintenance work orders, and supporting high-touch events and vendor management. In addition to these responsibilities, the Coordinator will work closely with IT and audiovisual teams to facilitate seamless event execution and provide support during large gatherings. This position plays a crucial role in creating memorable first impressions and maintaining a positive and hospitable workplace atmosphere. CBRE offers competitive compensation for this role, with an hourly pay range from $24.04 to $31.25, depending on the candidate's education, experience, and skills.
