The Concierge position at Sagora is crucial as it largely shapes the first impression of the community for residents and visitors alike. Located at Azalea Trails Assisted Living and Memory Care in Tyler, Texas, the Concierge acts as the face of the community, greeting residents and visitors both in person and over the phone with warmth and professionalism. This full-time role operates during business hours and offers a starting pay of $15 per hour. The Concierge is responsible for overseeing the front desk, maintaining the reception area, directing calls, taking messages, and ensuring the environment is welcoming and orderly. They also play a key role in community security by conducting rounds as necessary and responding to emergencies.
This position requires a personable, organized, and detail-oriented individual with excellent multitasking abilities. Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential, alongside strong communication skills, both verbal and written. The role demands maintaining confidentiality and integrity while effectively interacting with residents, families, and other team members.
