Your primary responsibility will be to manage the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and guest satisfaction meet the highest standards. You will lead, train, and motivate a group of Room Attendants and House Attendants, fostering a positive and productive work environment that reflects the luxury ethos of the property. In addition, you will perform routine inspections and report on productivity and standards compliance.\n\nThe position requires working closely with hotel management and stepping in as the Housekeeping Manager when needed, demonstrating your capacity to manage a critical department with professionalism and efficiency. You will also be responsible for safety and compliance tasks, including handling lost and found items, maintaining key control, and securing sensitive areas such as guest rooms, storage and liquor rooms, and filing cabinets.
