The Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) at Nekter Juice Bar plays a pivotal role in the successful expansion and ongoing support of both new and existing franchise stores nationwide. This full-time position involves leading new store openings (NSOs), including pre-opening setup, staff training, and continuous post-opening support to ensure that each location meets Nekter's high standards. The FBC acts as a critical liaison between corporate and franchisees, providing leadership, guidance, and operational expertise to drive sales growth, increase profitability, and maintain consistent operating standards across the franchise community. With frequent travel—up to 90% during peak periods—the role demands flexibility, strong time management, and excellent communication skills.
Beyond new store openings, the FBC supports various operational initiatives including company rollouts, Certified Training Manager development, and quarterly operations audits. The consultant evaluates franchise performance metrics regularly to identify and address issues, creating actionable plans to improve operational efficiency and compliance. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and demonstrates the ability to influence and motivate franchisees toward achieving corporate objectives. - Minimum of 5 years in a field operations-oriented leadership role within the food service industry or comparable multi-unit retail industry
- ServSafe or similarly approved training or any other state required compliance training if applicable
- Ability to plan and set priorities to achieve business objectives
- Strong business acumen skills basic financial skills use of competitive data etc
- Ability to communicate and present effectively to various audiences
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 90% of the time at peak business
