As a Kitchen Manager at Golden Corral, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing food production and managing the entire Back-of-the-House operation. This role involves strict adherence to Golden Corral’s trusted products, recipes, procedures, and company systems, ensuring that every aspect of food quality, preparation, and cleanliness aligns with the highest standards set by the brand. You will be an integral member of the restaurant operations management team, supporting the broader operations which include safety, labor management, and overall food quality. Importantly, in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager, you will assume broader operational responsibilities, effectively leading the team to maintain seamless service and guest satisfaction. This position highlights the need for an individual with a considerable history of management experience within a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant environment, paired with educational background typically associated with business or hospitality studies. Successful candidates must also complete Golden Corral’s comprehensive management training program, and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
